YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE RELAXED FOR THIS SERVICE. This service is for the ladies that are seeking a sleek or bouncy look. ALL TEXTURES ARE WELCOME! Clarifying and moisturizing shampoo, deep condition and hydration therapy are included. To maintain, please wrap or pin curl your hair every night with a Satin scarf or Rooted no-slip bonnet ( sold at Salon). DISCLAIMER: some hair types will take a few shampoos to revert back to its natural curl pattern. Do not confuse this with heat damage. Heat protectant is used throughout your entire duration of you service and the integrity of your hair will not be jeopardized. Clarifying shampoo’s help bounce back to natural curl pattern.

Cancellation Policy

There are absolutely NO refunds. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service price due to cancellation. No call, No shows you will be charged 100% of the service and blocked from future appointments .
