Welcome To Rooted and thank you for taking the time to book an appointment with me! It's my goal to help you fall in love and educate you about your Crown. I am so excited to see you! Please take the time to read my policies in full before booking, thank you!

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

* A Non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service total. If rescheduling an appointment, you may transfer the deposit within 30 days of the appointment. A new deposit will be required for any appointment made after the 30 days.

The remaining balance is due in either cash or Zelle/QuickPay or Cash money only. I do not accept any other form of payment.

Please make sure that your hair extensions are removed from installation and clean (washed). They must be dry and free from the product.

LATE ARRIVAL

It is our expectation, without exception, that every client is on time for their scheduled appointment. In the unfortunate event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee service. If the client is serviced after being more than 15 minutes late they may be subject to a maximum late fee of $25. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced due to lack of promptness, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.

NO SHOWS

It is our expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled appointment date and time. In the unfortunate event that a client is a no-show, we can’t guarantee service and/or a reschedule. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced and/or rescheduled due to their non-arrival, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.
