Color Consultation

Service Description

The Color Consultation is where we sit down and talk about your hair history and what color you would like to achieve. It is also a strand test to see if your hair can withstand the color you desire. If the strand tests takes well, you are then able to book your appointment one week later. I will be asking of: Health history, Box Color usage previous color history allergies etc. The service includes: strand test + shampoo + Deep hydrating conditioning mask and steam treatment+ blow dry.

Cancellation Policy

There are absolutely NO refunds. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service price due to cancellation. No call, No shows you will be charged 100% of the service and blocked from future appointments .
